Job Title: Part-time Teamlead in Gujrat



We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Gujrat. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the efficient and effective completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates on team progress and challenges
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
