Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Salalah. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our English-speaking staff members. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience, making it suitable for men looking to enter the workforce.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
