Part Time Restaurant Manager - Muharraq, Bahrain

We are currently hiring a Part Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Part Time Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Develop and maintain an efficient work schedule for staff
- Train and supervise team members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front and back of house processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1600 per month (based on experience)
Location: Muharraq, Bahrain
