Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Muharraq. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. You must possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Train and manage staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or concerns
- Maintain financial records, including inventory and sales reports
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and update menus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with financial management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
