Construction Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee construction processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and other team members.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship throughout the construction process.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Keep accurate records of project expenses, progress, and completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in project management software.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
