Job Title: Waiter/Waitress in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask during busy shifts
- Pakistani nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- Must be able to work without accommodation
- Valid visa and ability to join immediately

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations if needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Enter orders into the POS system promptly
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor table turnover and ensure prompt clearing of tables
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Accept payments, issue receipts, and make accurate change
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
