Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office in Almada. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, managing schedules and appointments, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining office supplies. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. A biometric passport is required for this position. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, including women. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
