Part-time Commercial Architect
We are seeking a part-time commercial architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a part-time commercial architect, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients and team members to develop project briefs and design concepts
- Creating detailed drawings and documentation for construction projects
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
