Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Odense. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You must have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This position is open to all genders.

Salary: $1700 per month

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Allocate resources and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time completion
- Monitor quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Communicate project updates to clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven work experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
