Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1300$ per month
