We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Remish, working at our bustling bakery. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. Your role will require strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various baked goods according to recipes and specifications
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate pastries and cakes with precision and creativity
- Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Train new employees on baking techniques
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or menu items
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders or inquiries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and precision in decorating baked goods
- Must be physically fit as the role requires standing for long periods of time

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certificate or degree in Baking or Pastry Arts preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for increases based on performance

Location:
This position is located in Remish. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport. This is an English speaking job but proficiency in other languages is an asset.
