Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to complete construction and other projects. Your main duties will include operating equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance checks and repairs, and following project plans and instructions.

To excel in this role, you should have experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid heavy equipment operator license. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment according to project plans and instructions
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Repair any mechanical issues that may arise during operation
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Coordinate with team members on project tasks
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role
- Valid heavy equipment operator license
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, etc.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
