Hotel Sales Manager - Odense, Denmark
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy of the hotel
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to create attractive packages and promotions
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
