Entry-Level Construction Manager (Vejle, Denmark)


We are hiring an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Ensure that all necessary permits and documents are obtained before starting construction
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Manage budget and expenses for each project
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in project management preferred but not required
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
