Land Surveyor - Lusail, Qatar


As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data to determine the precise location and measurements of property boundaries, topography, and other features. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical expertise in surveying methods and equipment, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying equipment
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports for construction projects
- Prepare legal descriptions of property boundaries for land titles and deeds
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, including notes, sketches, and digital files
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the field or on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (freshers may also be considered)
- Technical proficiency with GPS equipment, total stations, levels, and other surveying tools
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying in Qatar
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
