Online Consultant - Fluent in English
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels such as live chat, email, and phone. Your main duty will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide them with product information, and resolve any issues they may have. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Salary: $1200 per month
