Foreign Construction Manager in Chelyabinsk


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreign Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Chelyabinsk. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to on-site supervision and quality control. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month, and we offer visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals. No prior experience in Russia is required, and English proficiency is not necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Source materials, equipment, and labor for construction projects
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed to ensure financial targets are met
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Experience managing construction projects from planning to completion
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work visa for Russia (visa sponsorship available)
