Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Chelyabinsk. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to overseeing the actual construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors.
- Ensure that all construction activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Proficiency in using project management software.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This role is located in Chelyabinsk. While English language proficiency is not required for this role, preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English.

Other Details:
This job is open to Filipinos who are looking for opportunities abroad. No prior work experience is required but candidates must possess a biometric passport. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
