We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials and supplies around the job site using slings and other rigging equipment. Your main duties will include attaching and detaching loads from cranes, directing crane operators, and ensuring that all materials are properly secured.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Slinger in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Attach loads to cranes using appropriate slings and rigging equipment
- Direct crane operators to ensure accurate placement of materials on the job site
- Inspect all slings, cables, hooks, and other rigging equipment for wear or damage before each use
- Secure all loads properly using chains, straps, or other devices as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
