Floral Designer



We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Mombasa. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday bouquets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique and visually appealing floral arrangements based on client requests
- Sourcing high-quality flowers and greenery from local vendors
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and ensuring all materials are well-stocked
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations
- Setting up floral displays at events and ensuring they are delivered on time
- Assisting with general shop tasks such as cleaning, arranging displays, and processing orders

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of experience as a floral designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel

This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. No prior experience is required but an interest in floristry or related field is preferred. This position is suitable for both men and women who have a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements.

Salary: $1600 per month
