Senior Architectural Technologist

We are in search of a qualified and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and possess excellent technical skills. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of building projects, ensuring that they comply with all regulations and standards. You will also work closely with our team of architects and engineers to create innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for building projects from concept to completion
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess existing conditions
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Review and approve construction documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices
- Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
