Junior Project Manager


We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with our senior project managers to assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects from start to finish. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues
- Monitor and track project progress using tools such as Gantt charts and budget trackers
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decisions
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with team members to discuss progress, goals, and challenges
- Continuously improve processes through feedback and lessons learned from previous projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana) is a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
