Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and building code requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for industrial buildings and structures based on client needs and budget constraints
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Create detailed blueprints and construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Almada

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
