Indian Restaurant Manager in Dubai
We are currently seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Dubai. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and control costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to make informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of Indian food culture and flavors
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Dubai (candidates must be willing to relocate if not already based in Dubai)
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
