A welding company in Chelyabinsk is seeking skilled Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will use specialized equipment to weld and join metal components. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, and accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Set up and maintain welding equipment
- Weld metal components together using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Russia with a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience as a Welder preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
