Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and ensuring quality control. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. English speaking proficiency is required. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to local candidates or those who are willing to relocate at their own expense.
