Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead a team of contractors and subcontractors. The role requires extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per week with accommodation provided. Filipinos and Nepali applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, management, and team members
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
- Handle change orders and negotiate contracts with suppliers or vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
