Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in the city of Akron. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and procure necessary resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Oversee project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project costs and work closely with accounting department to ensure accurate budget tracking
- Hire, train, and manage site staff including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, invoices, etc.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients, employees, contractors etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron (open to candidates from all nationalities)
