As a Teamlead in Karachi, Pakistan, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure efficient and effective operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve targets and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams successfully
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
