Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Wiltz. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining efficient operations. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor patient progress and provide guidance to the nursing staff on treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
- Handle any issues or concerns from patients or their families in a professional and compassionate manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, medications, and progress
- Ensure compliance with all medical laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license in Wiltz (or ability to obtain one)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of medical laws, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
