We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Moscow. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology needs
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of technicians and support staff
- Monitor and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend new systems or upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from conception to delivery
- Experience in budget planning and vendor management
- Knowledge of Russian language is preferred but not required
