IT Manager - English Speaking (Moscow, Russia)


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes implementing and maintaining hardware, software, networks, and security protocols to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budget management and resource allocation
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems through regular backups, disaster recovery plans, and security protocols
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to existing systems or new solutions to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Train employees on new technologies or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 900$ per month
