Childcare Provider

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Childcare Provider to join our team in Shan. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of children in our facility. Your duties will include creating a safe and nurturing environment, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outdoor play
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
- Change diapers, assist with potty training, and maintain cleanliness in the play area
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Administer first aid if necessary
- Keep records of children's attendance, behavior, and development
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or Childcare Provider
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Understanding of child development stages and ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Must be able to pass a background check

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours may vary but will typically be Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
