Our company is seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our team in Shandong, China. The ideal candidate should be a native Indian English speaker with a passion for working with children. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and nurturing care for children in the absence of their parents
- Create a stimulating, educational, and fun environment for children
- Prepare meals and snacks for children according to their dietary needs
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Engage in age-appropriate play and activities with children
- Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to parents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's areas

Requirements:
- Native Indian English speaker preferred
- Previous experience as a babysitter or nanny
- Knowledge of child development and appropriate care techniques
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and parents
- Must be physically fit to keep up with young children's energy levels
- Valid first aid/CPR certification
