We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle all guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Book reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other events
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Keep up-to-date records of guest preferences and special requests
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will already be living in this city or willing to relocate.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The ideal candidate will have their own accommodations in Faisalabad.
