Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Faisalabad



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Faisalabad. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests including taxis, rental cars, and airport transfers
- Respond promptly to guest requests for services or information
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain an organized lobby area and handle luggage storage for guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared according to guest preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current events, local businesses, and tourist spots to provide recommendations to guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of local area and attractions
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
