Part-Time Mason


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team on a part-time basis in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing various structures using different types of materials, such as brick, concrete, and stone.

As a Part-Time Mason, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will need to have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and attention to detail in order to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out plans for construction using blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it evenly on surfaces using trowels
- Set bricks or stones in place according to the design plan
- Use tools such as chisels, hammers, levels, and saws to shape and trim materials
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stones
- Clean finished surfaces with water or other cleaning agents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical strength and stamina
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of building materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Own visa/valid work permit (if not a Danish national)
- Must be able to speak English (Danish language skills preferred but not required)
