Logistics Coordinator - Riyadh

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This role is suitable for English-speaking individuals of any nationality, with or without experience in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and delivery of goods and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other logistics data
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
