We are seeking a skilled and responsible Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of factory machinery, ensuring their proper function and production of high-quality goods. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, good technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various factory machines to ensure efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning and lubricating parts
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the machines as needed
- Monitor production output and adjust settings as necessary to meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep detailed records of machine operations and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory setting is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
