IT Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our growing team in Randers. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's technology operations and ensuring that they align with the overall business goals and objectives. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new systems and technologies, and providing technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure data protection
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's operations
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data protection measures
- In-depth understanding of hardware systems, operating systems, databases, cloud services, and software development processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical individuals

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Randers (relocation not provided)
