We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring their smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary updates or changes as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions
- Create and manage budgets for IT projects and expenses
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively when faced with challenges
