We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings, creating smooth surfaces and repairing any damages. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Measure, cut, and apply plasterboards or other materials to walls and ceilings
- Apply coats of plaster or stucco over surfaces using trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure surfaces are level and straight
- Repair any damages or cracks in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on scaffolds or ladders
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the final result

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in both residential and commercial settings
- Excellent knowledge of different types of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to work on scaffolds or ladders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working with different types of plaster such as lime, cement, or gypsum
- Knowledge of mixing ratios for various plasters
- Ability to work independently
