Junior Florist



We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Junior Florist, you will assist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior florists in designing and creating floral arrangements
- Processing and arranging flowers according to design specifications
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring freshness of flowers
- Communicating with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on flower selection
- Ensuring work area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Participating in event set up and tear down when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required
- Creative eye for detail and ability to work with different colors, textures, and shapes
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand client requests
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g. flower buckets)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and keep up with industry trends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for full-time employment. This position is also suitable for students looking for part-time work.
