Teamlead Supervisor



As a Teamlead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees in our company in Randers. Your main role will be to ensure that the team meets their daily tasks and goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve daily targets
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Create work schedules for the team to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team at all times
- Address any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving team performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software programs
- Must be physically fit as the job may require some physical labor
