Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to measure and map land features, documenting and analyzing data, and providing accurate reports to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on various types of land, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Use advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, electronic distance measuring tools, and total stations
- Analyze data collected from surveys and create accurate maps and reports
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions for any issues that may arise during the surveying process
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and update maps as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus

Salary: $1200 per month
