Part-Time Architecture Manager in Lisbon

A renowned architecture firm in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the heart of the city.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from concept development to construction. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project scopes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Review design plans and provide constructive feedback
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services for each project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Communicate regularly with clients, design teams, and contractors to provide updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
