Warehouse Operations Associate

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team in Herning. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed efficiently and accurately.

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be required to have experience working in a warehouse environment and possess a biometric passport. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing and maintaining inventory, picking and packing orders for shipment, and processing returns.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong communication skills as you will be working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Process returns according to company policies
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse setting
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication skills
