Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Odense, Denmark)
Our fine dining restaurant in Odense, Denmark is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and high-quality menu items that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing ingredients, recipe development, and plating presentations
- Train and manage kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain an efficient kitchen operation
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create seasonal menus and special event menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable culinary institute preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.
