Dismantler


As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling various machinery and equipment in order to prepare them for repair, refurbishment or recycling. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and physical strength, as well as the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess machinery and equipment to determine the best dismantling approach
- Safely disassemble machinery and equipment using appropriate tools and techniques
- Sort and organize dismantled parts for repair, refurbishment or recycling purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 2 years of experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of various tools and equipment used for dismantling
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to read technical diagrams, instructions, and specifications
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid work visa for Lithuania (visa sponsorship may be provided)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
