Construction Manager for Part-Time Position in Atlanta, USA


A reputable construction company in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and be able to oversee all aspects of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process, from planning to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking systems
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Atlanta
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)

Compensation:
